Note: This method does
not always work. It is based somewhat on luck! Also, be sure that you have
Jonathan in the mission by completing Area 51 - Escape by exiting on the
hoverbike.
Objective 1:
Reactivate automatic
defenses
Round the corner and take
out the Skedar warrior. Run down the ramp and straight by both helipads.
Activate the autogun and back up to the doorway. Let the guard just barely
see you, back up and
let the autogun kill him. Go through where he came from and turn right
kill the first guard then enter the room. Kill the second and go in the
dead end for about 5 seconds before going out of the room and down the
hallway. Turn right and through all three doors. Kill the guards in the
garage room and camp in the left corner. Wait for a little while but not
too long or Daniel will get killed. Once you've killed some guards, go
out the left door and down the hallway. Go right and activate the autogun
then turn around and go down the long hallway. Follow the path to the room
where some CI guards are or used to be. Switch on the autogun and go into
the hangar.
Objective 2:
Minimize hostage casualties
Go back to the dead Skedar
Warrior and head up the first elevator. Arm your K7 Avenger and zoom in
on the right part of the door. Open it and snipe the guard holding Grimshaw
(awww do we have to?) and the one near the woman. Grab the Devastator and
exit. Quickly kill both guards in the room next to that one and head back
to the elevator. Go back to ground floor and back to the Skedar. Fire one
grenade near where you started and it should kill a guard. Take his weapon
and proceed to the VR Training room. Initiate a Combat Boost and go in
the left side. As soon as you round the corner, lob a grenade right behind
the center guard. Press start and switch to the K7 Avenger. Back up a little
and kill the guards who didn't die in the explosion. Now run over to the
Firing Range. Enter and snipe the guards there without hitting the hostages.
You can let the guards knock them out but don't give them time to end their
life.
Objective 3:
Retrieve experimental
weapon
Go over to the computer
and activate it to destroy the glass. Grab the RC-P120 but keep the K7
Avenger armed.
Objective 4:
Destroy sensitive information
Slowly proceed outside and
watch out for hiding guards. Go back upstairs, past Jonathan, and into
Carrington's office. Laser the hinges off and destroy the data.
Objective 5:
Deactivate bomb
Leave the room and stand
to Jonathan's right side. Use your K7 Avenger to weaken up some of the
Mr. Blonde's who storm in. Make sure you keep a good amount of ammo though
and don't get shot. Now quickly proceed over to the elevator. Once you
see most if not all of the Mr. Blonde's at the bottom, attach a Wall Hugger
grenade on the side of the elevator and step back. Call the elevator and
go down with RC-P120 in hand. Kill any stragglers and run toward the Skedar
Ship. There should be around 30 seconds left on the clock. Speed strafe
to the ship and use your Data Uplink on it (try near the front) and double
crouch. Once it's done, Press Start and equip your RC-P120. Activate the
Cloak and run to the main hangar.
